Thank you for your post. You are someone who has actually done DD and have come up with actual facts about M&M. These guys are involved in a lot of companies. Are wealthy outside of spng, and would have no reason, motive to do other than to enhance sharehilder value in spng. We all just have to be patient. If you are a long shareholder, that is not a problem. People hold stocks for years until things happen. Look at the exponential growth of this company. Forget about the present pps, as it is being controlled be forces beyond the control of the company. I am hoping that that swituation will change -- I am willing to hold until however long it takes. Again sponge digger great post.

THE ONLY POSITIVE FACT WE HAVE SINCE GRAYS IS PIKE PAID 7.5MILL FOR SPNG--- EVERYONE---WHO IS PIKE- WHO DOES HE KNOW -WHAT ARE HIS TIES TO SPNG -WHAT IS HIS HISTORY--THESE ARE THE ONLY QUESTIONS THAT MATTER NOW---WE ALL KNOW SPNG IS ALIVE--NO ONE SPENDS THAT KIND OF $ WITHOUT GOOD REASON

Sponge Digger...

Thanks for your reply. I appreciate the honesty and your points are excellent. Your speculation is not only possible but very likely to be the case in my opinion. I tend to agree with you and believe me, I hope this works itself out sooner rather than later.

I have a question. I've thought of this before and I remember seeing someone ask the same question but I don't recall seeing an answer. The question is this:

Spongetech was required to provide the SEC with certain and specific documents. We know the reasons why the SEC suspended trading so we can all well imagine what documents the SEC requested. Why not release the financials publicly as well? If they provided false information, it will come out no matter what won't it?
