The CEO of Pike is Ray Balsys. He had spent many years working/reporting with the SEC and heading up the reporting for AOL Latim America to the SEC.
PIKES CEO KNOWS the SEC very well!
He has invested in SpongeTEch.
Not rocket science to figure out Balsys knows SPNG is a fantastic oppurtunity at this juncture and the so called scam and SEC investigation is NOT about the M& M boys doing illegal things.
Balsys/SEC = buys SpongeTech.

THe first line says IT ALL! SEC Reporting and Assistant Controller of AOL LAtin America.
Ya think he knows a wee bit about the SEC and the reporting a company does?
Ya think he looked into SpongeTechs SEC investigation BEFORE buying 142 MILLION shares?

Quite the surprise coming this way folks!!!!
Game over!

Raymond J. Balsys

CFO Pike Capitol:

" From 2001 to 2005 Mr. Balsys served as the Director of SEC Reporting and Assistant Controller of AOL Latin America. He also served as the Client Services Manager at The Premier Group an international provider of enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions focusing on J.D. Edwards' software from 1998 to 2001. Mr. Balsys also served as Vice President Controller of Parlux from 1994 to 1997. Prior to 1994 Mr. Balsys worked as an Audit Manager at Price Waterhouse."

Don't forget whoever AYME has been accumulating for. I would wager the dollars invested there will dwarf PIKE.

Actually gort, the only things that matter are the "reaudits" and the 10K. Unless those are filed, its over for share holders.
