And that means that somehow or other AMD has to bear them.
With GloFlo off AMD's books I don't see how they have to bear those costs. GloFlo can't charge the under utilization costs to AMD for wafers can they? Won't AMD be just another customer and GloFlo will have to charge something resembling market rates?
