A company "proven" to have misled investors, and enlisting con artists to run the company, but their was some "other" DD people were supposed to believe instead of all the ugly facts and warning signs? OMG!
It was NEVER the plan to acquire Jones. It was ALWAYS the plan to "intend" to acquire them. It was NEVER the plan to have profits. It was ALWAYS the plan to "expect" to have them. It was NEVER the plan to increase shareholder value. It was ALWAYS the plan to increase share amount and GAG the TA so they wouldn't be figured out in time.
