At a minimum you'll have at least a couple of days before pink sheets reviews the documents and decides whether to lift the CE.

And that's after the documents have been filed, which they haven't yet.

Yep, everything we've wanted to be taken care of has/is taking much longer than any of us had anticipated. And as always, we want these things done Yesterday.

Bottom line is: Brian is making progress....might be slow....but he's making progress. When will the CE be removed...I don't know...I just keep hoping it’s sooner rather than later.

Remember BBDA keeps moving forward....it's kinda like taking 2 steps forward and getting knocked back one step. End result of that is 1 step forward. So, Forward we go....maybe too slow for some people, but I'm likin' this hayride.

I agree. CE won't be removed any time soon. BW likes to be able to operate in the murky underworld of non-reporting pink sheet stocks. Getting rid of the CE designation should have been one of the first actions taken if BW really wants to improve shareholder value.
