everybody wants the CE removed but as far as you getting shares before this happens, i wouldn't be too concerned or worried. BW has been talking about this for months and despite the fact that posters have been chanting this will occur from two weeks ago til this week... nothing has happened nor will. if judging by BWs past performances and promises you have plenty of time before this gets taken care of... unfortunately, plenty of time. IMO.
