It sounds very much like O'melveny approached Intel for settlement. A couple of weeks ago, I suggested a settlement would occur and that the number would be 1.8, so the 1.25 indicates that Intel had the stronger hand at the negotiating table. Because of this I would bet that the details and the licensing terms when analyzed will be in Intel's favor.

I would doubt that GF would be licensed to design them. Is that what you think? Why would AMD want that, for one?

If GloFlo could offer x86 to any foundry customer as a library cell just think how that could impact the global market.
