It sounds very much like O'melveny approached Intel for settlement. A couple of weeks ago, I suggested a settlement would occur and that the number would be 1.8, so the 1.25 indicates that Intel had the stronger hand at the negotiating table. Because of this I would bet that the details and the licensing terms when analyzed will be in Intel's favor.
