Yes Mad Clown .. I'm new to the O T C.BB and completely new to the Pinks. But I do know about S 8 shares if that is what you refer to. That part I understand. But to pick a nit .. it's still not the Company that does the selling directly into the market. Believe it or not .. in Canada we actually have junior companies that try to grow. And they do not exist solely to market paper in the form of S 8 shares. I see your point. But I still think that even with the Pink Sheeters they all have to submit proper documents that allow them to sell shares to the general public for financing purposes to grow their businesses. The S 8 route gets abused .. that's for sure. Thanks for pointing that out.
