Not exactly so.

You can farm out all the expertise.

You have to know who among the experts are any good. And to put together a good mining company you have to at least know something about the mining biz to know who the best experts are. Anybody who spells chute .. shoot, is a calciminer to me. LOL. Those are mostly Mickey Mouse mines I see as assets for the companies in this stable. But I'm still a fan of the short squeeze.

100 to one: He has tens of millions in his bank account. He has airplanes and funny cars. Please, for the life of me, explain why he even cares about putting together a "real" mining company.

Imagine how many millions it would take to finance, the incredible risk involved, the decades of suffering; hoping to someday turn a profit. All on land which has already been rejected twice by professional mining companies.

As the saying goes "Get rich, or die trying". He is already rich, and getting richer. All with ZERO risk. He'd be stupid to change a thing.
