HI W, I think, after hearing my good friend tell me that he's not slept well in a couple of weeks, that many investors might be better off without cable TV! The poor guy has all the optimism of Eeore (sp?) from the Whinnie The Poo books!
We have DirectTV. When the change occurred and PBS dropped Uncle Lou we called and ask what the charge would be to add CNBC (we have the very basic package-thrifty wife ). They said $21 a month-for ONE additional channel. No thanks. The local PBS carried the repeat on Sunday afternoon but recently dropped it for unknown reasons. But HarrisDirect has a synopsis of each program on their web-site.
