That might be considered both good news. It may cool the obssessiveness of some who follow this stock too closely. There is a fine line between good DD and stalking in my opinion. We've been getting a bit too close to the line in the last few weeks.

Though I wouldn't mind if they got a job watching the banks, we could have averted a lot of pain.

Thats the reason I asked the board before, They should have One poster from each board get the share count, Its not like XMDC is the only stock they cover.

In this day and age there is no excuse for a tranfer agent not to have a link on their web page that gives the current share structure. (Unless they are gagged, of course.) What a backwards way to get information.
