I agree if you are meaning the common shares held by TPG.


The news releases I have looked at say that TPG held WMBANK preferred shares for the 7 billion investment yet the posts I have read here say they were converted to common shares of WMI.


I am confused - did TPG hold shares in both WMBANK and WMI?

That's what I'm talking about! All the "realists" want me to understand the harsh reality behind "the government", the "justice system" and the "powers that be...". Well, I'm down with that and have been for a long time!

Bonderman is front and center in the whole thing... he, i.e. he himself and his "people", are undoubtedly ever present in strategy, goal setting and outcome planning. Who the heck else has a larger single stake and any "say" besides WMI owners, oh and and they are beholding off-record and on-record to Bonderman!
