BSPM: yeah, 0.55 for the year using 24.25m as the fully diluted share base for 4Q and year. So eps of 0.15 for 3Q using existing O/S=23.6m and 0.16 for 4Q using 24.25m shares = 23.6m+ 1/4x2.6m new shares to partly reflect the dilution as an approx. for the year. Again this kinda rock bottom estimate.
But still I mean every serious investor is counting 26.2 million shares going forward from now on since this is the share count now. I won't value the company based what they did in Q3 with the old share count because that's just the past so no matter what they will file in Q3 or Q4 one has to go with the new share count from here on out since the future is what counts.
And btw the new share count will be written somewhere in the Q3 filing anyway. I think they have to mention the financing as a subsequent event anyway.
So I won't count anything anymore with the old share count when it comes to BSPM because it makes no sense but hey that's just me and my opinion.
