yeah, 0.55 for the year using 24.25m as the fully diluted share base for 4Q and year. So eps of 0.15 for 3Q using existing O/S=23.6m and 0.16 for 4Q using 24.25m shares = 23.6m+ 1/4x2.6m new shares to partly reflect the dilution as an approx. for the year. Again this kinda rock bottom estimate.
