Scary to sell today. The signs are all there:
Paul MIA (sighted in Korea lol)
Website has changed
More restricted shares.
Duncan the laywer onboard for all the legal boring stuff.
It would not surprise me at all to see the merger announcement monday (Tuesday in Korea)
I keep adding shares even if it hurts to see the value go down.
We will be rewarded big time IMHO

<<<Instead of saying stuff like "Oh, I'm a big boy who is not scared of anything; this is a buy time; anybody who is cashing out now is a whimp" We should focus more on something more tangible stuff, without speculations (even though we are investing on this company on speculation of the coming merger news...)>>>

I'm game and say let's talk tangables here...

1. Signed letter of Intent to merge with Bioharp last month...

2. Met With Sam Lee (Bioharp Inventor) in California during October...

3. Hired legal counsel in November to help with uplist to OTCBB and other necessary legal maneuvers...

To any investor those are the big 3 items that we should maintain focus on at this point...

The SELL amounts seem too small to be from large investors.
I do think this is small time etrade types (like myself)
who are bit nervous. I wouldn't call them "wimps".
I just don't understand why we don't see that same
influx we saw last week- since next week is more
in line with a possible announcement.

I think we all now know this is the company selling shares. It isn't weak investors. or institutions selling into the this, right? It is the company. I want more shares myself but will wait until it flattens out and turns a little. Not sure how long the dilution will last...
