Trunk Monk, the problem for you is that you did listen and believe Tim. The problem now is the Feds will listen and believe Tim. In order for Timmmy to save his butt he will have to tell the truth. And the truth shall set thee free. Unless of course, you have money actually invested in this South Florida Nano Company.
It figures you'd say something like that. I seriously doubt he'd have to "make up" ANYTHING! Everything he says will be run down and checked....I think that's something you can take to the BANK.
There is now NO QUESTION he will spend time behind bars. I'll bet the feds have told his lawyers that they will bargain incarceration time for information. His lawyers will tell him that the more VERIFIABLE FACTS he reveals that lead to other convictions, the less time his stay there will be.
My opinion is that other people (both present and past) will be coming under the microscope.
