I dont believe a word of it. Something was done "on or before the due date" to arrange a delay or additional time. They did not hire good lawyers just to screw up and be a no show on the due date or be in default. It would make so sense in the world to purposely be in default. It just seems the anit-spng'rs always take the most worse case scenario on events without looking at all angles. Its the "all or nothing" case with you guys without considering extensions and additional info are needed in courts.
