Can you show proof they were/are in default. Just because there is a due date doesnt mean they turned into a pumpkin. I dont see the pumpkin just like I dont see a default notice. Were papers served showing they were in default. You have your opinion and I have mine. Unless there is a document showing they are now in default, why should I believe your opinion. I dont care if there was an extension given verbally, in person, or whatever, it is my opinion they are not officialy in default.
