Hello. IAO a foreign pump? lol. It does $60 mil revs even without a potential merger play. It's already on the NYSE AMEX so why would the company want to lose that? There are too many shares o/s at about 300 mil with a 400 mil a/s they are also going to bring down to the 100 mil level along with the 1:25 to 1:50 r/s of the common.
Do some dd of the company and you may see what some are talking about.
