Mick, it fits the M.O. of a foreign pump...

Somebody loans money to them then converts the loan for shares in the company...Makes it look like a real big opportunity...

Most are throwing the reverse split to uplist to a higher exchange and higher share price in the loop this year...

Later on it is easier to offload shares slowly at a higher price...And some good reports can boost that return potential...

Who can verify or even cares to verify what is all there as long as the trade trend up can be maintained...

Look at China Finance, CHFI, and how they set up each company that they promote...I really didn't understand how some of the past China promos got such stellar, cash laden balance sheets until I learned how many of the companies do the loans and then convert for shares...

Its hard to believe but some even started doubting that Etlt really had any money after a few years...

A few years later if a company loses interest and the price starts falling then the early entrants are usually out by then...

Nothing like exporting money...LJ
