I don't know how you can even throw that out there. If the company hasn't bought any shares in the last month, I'm guessing they are saving the money for other plans. Putting that aside, how can you assume that just because the stock rises a little that the company "may" be buying shares. You could have said "must" so your comment could have gotten worse.
