If you are still here, you still should be believing, otherwise, why stay??!?!

As newcomers come here to find out about the company, everyone's bitchin and moaning will not help.

There is nothing wrong with being constructive, but all the bitchin' will scare alot of people away in what could be a GREAT run here again.
