MICKEY: You should save your money and that of this ficticious group. If IDCC can't convince NOKIA that they are needed, can't convince the judges that what they have is needed, can't after all these years get Sony/Ericsson on-board, can't get Motorola and many others on board, can't convince Wall Street and the investment houses that they are needed, why waste your money unless a major overhaul takes place beginning with management, the PR Department and the legal idiots that I would not have represent me if I was on trial. GOOD LUCK though in whatever you choose. You might unfortunately try to buy a company that has little slithers of what they say and you could end up with exactly what IDCC is today..."A SCREAMING BUY" if you are an avid reader of investing for idiots of which I am one for buying this stock so so long ago.

Mickey , You said, "I am going to assemble together a group of investors that will be attempting to buy IDCC at $125.00 a share. I don't know how long this will take but we believe that at that price IDCC will be undervalued and expecthahers the LBO to be able to make a huge profit on 10G.
