The share structure is exactly what made me hesitate. They are supposedly repurchasing shares for a 6 m period which are going twd treasury. Imagine that they are gonna do an R/S at the end of that which wouldnt make their shares subject to the split but the rest of it does. Doesnt this sound like an imaginable sequence of events? I cannot think an R/S out of this equation cause they will try to upgrade their market status for better quality investors. I sent an email w/ questions and will post when answered.
