This is JMO, but pointing out typos, misspellings, and grammar errors is an elitist move. It points out how much the one doing the pointing needs to say: look, look at the dummy, see how much smarter I am, and how much of a better typist I am.
However, it, the author of these comments clearly understood the post, so message got through which in itself points out that these typos, misspellings, a grammar errors did not interfere with the message and how sad and pathetic the need to address these issues truly are.
As Always, JMO.
