Yes, looks like the status quo order was implemented. I was kind of wondering if RH would comply or how this all would work. I think the Delaware court is deadly serious and RH may have finally met a wall he cannot slither around. We will see I guess.

As for the post RH era, if it really comes, I think we are in great position. Shareholders are the owners of the IP, very valuable IP. Yes, there are a couple steps to go, but the end is in sight. Doog's claims are frankly absurd. The effort to remove RH has taken a great deal of time and money. Why would anyone bother if in the end the victory would be meaningless? The ECT recovery team has pledged to support shareholder's interest in the solicitation and these are people of integrity.

And believer instead of playin' the rose routine by trying to attribute verbage to me I never used...why don't you worry about what all the players involved in the power struggle for this POS shell are doin' while your investment continues to rot months from the time the 5 supposed white knights arrived to save the day.

Personally the only person of any signifigance in this entire pile of rubble story is Bruno Farbos and even he was smart enough to keep his name out of the committee...which by his own actions means he's free to do with his life & his work whatever he damn well chooses while the never-ending behind the scenes saga persists.

And one thing's for certain...more moves will definitely be made & when they are I'll gladly offer my perspective whether some people wanna hear it or not:)
