obviously you didn't get the question, if the float gets sucked up, everyone has a sell price, the pps would naturally rise to the lowest asking price, that's why low floaters move big time

The price could never get there without a damn good PE. Go look at EXXON or Shell. They issue multibillions of shares and continue to have value due to the fact that they make money.
