I just got off the phone with Michael Rademaker and the judgment he obtained against RCCH was for non-payment of rent.

RCCH did not leave, they were “helped out” after not paying for 3 straight months.

The judgment has NOT been satisfied.

The bright side was that he feels it is a good company – for what that’s worth.

He is as “mystified” by this company as the rest of us.
