really it doesn't matter what it was, for it to go to court raises any red flags to a exchange that you are trying to enter. there is no way around that!i really dont believe that the tsx could look to favorably on court actions for companys trying to land on there exchange!! especially when this could of all been avoided by never going to court!!!
doughboy. Good I hope you can talk to him. The truth is better than speculation. But I doubt the truth will favor RCC. But bring it on. Otherwise this debate will live on and become a beat the dead horse issue like some many other things.
