Yeah I get that.

The name RCC Holdings was too close to already existing registered entities.

But the 'already registered entity' with too close a name is the company that already is supposed to own IWS.

What possible reason is there for trying to create a separate company with the exact same name and giving it the IWS asset?

Please tell me that doesn't sound completely innocent to you?
