AGT.I think there is a risk of significant dillution.I think they have development or expansion plans that involve the issuing of a whole heap of new shares.

Thanks, I'll take a closer look. Do they have all the final permitting for Black Fox? The market places a significant premium on reserves that are guaranteed (as an example, AZK has all their permits) - and so do I. In fact, I think AZK is relatively undervalued because of this.

I'm still thinking that AGT's other properties won't be big moneymakers, but it's probably a good value if they are already assured access to Black Fox.
