I think it is a good idea to look closely at AGT. I am of the opinion that something is amiss that we the shareholders do not know about, but what encourages me is the recent financing arrangement. These people who are willing to finance are usually stingy with their money and they must have seen some values to agree to a base of $.80 per share price.
