Dilution is adding more shares to the OS, period. Why is it called dilution? Because adding more shares DILUTES the value of the earnings, etc and by extension, the value of the shares we hold. The reasons, that is another matter.

But you know all that.

Right now in the last few days we were led to believe by several who talked to Dean and Jose, that dilution has stopped. Check the previous posts here. Thats the impression most of us had.

Credibility for the Management is IMO more that 50 % of the intangible value of a company. If that is near zero, we have a problem here.

Manti....dilution is dilution....if you maintain your share position, your % ownership is decreased....your share price is also decreased....(yesterday.people were happy because it was 2 cents....remember when it was over 3 {pre-dilution}??)

if there is "commensurate value in return", alternatively, you would have MORE $$$$$$ if there was NO dilution....

there is no such thing as good dilution.....it's only a rationalization....

with the 150million revenue providing 33million EBIDTA, what are your shares worth now as compared to when there as an O/s of 200mm???? not such a pretty picture????

you'll be lucky to get 30 cents a share.....that's a far cry from the 50cents many people predicted and a world away from the more than $1 dollars a few believe is reasonable....any way you slice it...you've lost value that you cannot regain....

why do we make excuses for Dean???
