What makes him King of this dump? He is making on his own decisions that have dropped the unit price considerably because of the uncertainty created in receiving the settlement funds. What guarantees can this one person make that I as a unit holder will receive more for my units than the settled upon amount.Other than being a moderator and censor of free speech what powers was this man bestowed,and what was the vote?Now he files and keeps the information to himself or a select few.This entire process is absurd,and I may view my rights as a unit holder being compromised by this unjustified and unwarranted action.

What makes you think I necessarily want the situation changed? I believe other posters have stated the desire for the settlement proceess to proceed. Where did this gang mentality take control of the case,and by who's authorization?
