General question, Does CPRK have to sell all they produce to Sempras/RBS or can they sell in the open market? I my thought is they are locked to one company. Please educate me on this for clarification. Thanks in advance.

CPRK gets 60% payment at the time the truck leaves Milford, 30% when the cucon is delivered to the smelter, and the remaining 10% is settled up later after they have determinced the contents and value of the cucon.
