Does anyone remember if the final price or the final 10% is based off of avg price from +X and -X days from delivery date or if it was simply avg price from -X days from delivery?
Here's my thinking - If it's the +X/-X method then whatever X is could be the reason we haven't heard much about the concentrations and such. If they are waiting for those final payments to come in to release numbers then we could still within their "we need more Con to average the contents" window.
