JP, If ScanBuy does an IPO and Yorkville can wait for it to happen, then we will have price discovery on what NeoMedia is worth.

I still think Neustar would have the major upper hand with its alliance with Neomedia! I would tend to reason that the liscense deal with Scanbuy would be at such a price point that would discourage direct competition with what Neomedia / Neustar could / would offer!
