Will ScanBuy continue to build out their backend clearing house seperate and apart from NeuStar? Who will back them with the big $ in doing so? ShopSavvy has GOOG backing their backend server farm efforts. I suspect you are onto something as it's always been ScanBuys intentions of going IPO. Thats been the direction of their VC's since Day 1. More to come...
