Re: What do you think of Wilson and what he did? Pretty extreme wasn't it? People in jail for disagreements with him.

I don't know the history of Woodrow Wilson, so I really can't comment. I'm more interested in a discussion on Obama.

Re: Obama comes through Acorn by way of Marshal, his mentor who was an extremely radical communist revolutionary. It's Valery Gerit's (spelling) father. His closest adviser (in that she is a personal family friend). Marshal got Obama into Harvard, and into Acorn. Acorn is tied to tides, from Ella Baker, Cloward and Piven from Colombia university, the Weather Undergroud branched off of their organization. Dave Beckworth had something to do with them through Bertha Lewis, some where between there and Saul Alinksi (spelling) students of Saul Alynski the radical communist revolutionary who wrote the book rules for radicals. Their groups evolved down from the Progressives who Wilson was tied in with. The progressives had heavy ties with the elite in Europe, the whole movement still does. The most visable of those is George Soros, a criminal from Belgium who is a very wealthy man, and would like to see the US knocked down a few notches because he as others think Europe should be the hub of the world, and we piss them off. They infest out entertainment industry and media. There is big money coming from bankers and others to influence what goes on in this country. Now I know, I don't have the proof on that so I can't say it's a fact, just a strong suspicion.

Wow, Omega... there's a lot here - and a lot of suspension of disbelief required at multiple steps of the rationale. Rather than biting off this huge piece of pre-supposition, can you point me instead at actual, documented *actions* that Obama is taking that make you nervous? I think it would be a moot debate to argue over undocumented history, personal connections, and various cross-linked data, but what makes a big difference to the policy of this country is what is being done right now in the legislative process - or by way of executive orders from the office of the president.

Re: Look at the people around him, it's a list of crazy extremists with hero's like Mao, Chavez, Castro, Che Guevara, others.

Actually, I've been rather impressed to see Obama close to some of these people. Keep your friends close, and your enemies closer, right? The U.S. needs to have close connections to what these countries are doing, and nothing is better than good international relations. I see it as a good thing.

Re: Obama has given me nothing but reason to suspect he would do anything he could get away with, and his history suggests a radical communist agenda. Redistribution of wealth.

Redistribution of Wealth is a concept. It doesn't mean you pass a law that forces some people to give their money to others. It's more of a series of macro-economic factors that get the distribution of money to be more fair across the various economic classes. If you look at the data today, the wealthiest 1% of the nation has more wealth than the bottom 90%. Since wealth is a zero-sum-game, it just means that while people on the bottom are suffering, the people on the top have far more money than they know what to do with.

Of course, you can't rob these people of money, but if the country were to go back to a tax percentage that was used in the 40s, 50s, and 60s, it would lead to an enormous influx of revenue that can pay down the debt, and leave a lot more for programs and entitlements. Other ways to accomplish the same thing would be to raise the minimum wage, or limit write-offs for the wealthy.

Re: My problem with Socialism? It doesn't work with real people, and every time it's been tried it fails and leaves people poor, and what's more their spirit is ruined.

Is that what you believe is the result of Medicare and Social Security - both of which are socialized programs? I think you may be mixing the definitions of Socialism with Communism. While anyone has the free speech in this country to advocate Communism, I don't agree that it is good for this country, and instead look for the best mix of Capitalism and government Social programs (i.e. Socialism). I think a balance is always better than one extreme or the other.

Re: I'm agnostic, not in a big hurry to see the world end or looking for it as a sign of great things. Don't want the bad stuff, would rather I thought everything was rosy. my problem is not with race, honest, it means nothing.

I believe you. The country is not rosy right now, and people generally do want to see it get better, and have different opinions of how that can be accomplished. I appreciate you discussing it with me.
