NO!!! Those are the same warrants that have been around for years and each time a warrant is exercised the company receives the proceeds.
Do you see any proceeds in the 10-k from the exercising of warrants?

I do understand the fear being in the OTC, but contact IR not a single warrant has been exercised. I'm not saying they won't be. I know if I held some I would have exercised way back when because most of these end up expiring anyway!!
