NO!!! Those are the same warrants that have been around for years and each time a warrant is exercised the company receives the proceeds.

Do you see any proceeds in the 10-k from the exercising of warrants?

NO, you do not!! Do you think the multi millionare that over 15% of those warrants belong too exercised them to sell for pennies?

When he invested over 1 million in hard cash!! I can't wait for HDVY to be dollars, so I can prance around IHUB saying I told you so.

I do understand the fear being in the OTC, but contact IR not a single warrant has been exercised. I'm not saying they won't be. I know if I held some I would have exercised way back when because most of these end up expiring anyway!!

Remember 40% of the O/S company is held by management!!
