Ummm... The OTS and JPM both have written statements in court records saying that WMB was more than solvent upon seizure and sale.
While in BK WMI will show an uncertain amount for assets, but the list of assets and their value is strong. Institutional investors remain and the value of this stock will, imho, remain above the recent support levels until the decision on the 4 billion is made.
