You're saying that if inspectors in the past were compromised, that means that from then on, inspectors are always compromised even if they're different. I get it. So if a few FBI agents were ever compromised in the past, then every new FBI is by default, also compromised.

As for the incompetent one having Russia, China, and France to go with him in what sense? They never gave the little boy permission to invade Iraq now did they? If you recall France, Russia, and China spoke out against the invasion.
