I guess what I don't understand is this...When Ray was at RSMI it was trading at $30+ a share. He diluted it down by 4 billion shares to nothing. Maybe it's just my uneducated viewpoint, but what does Goldberg have that he can dilute down? The sp has never been a high dollar trader and selling off what they have now sure doesn't seem like a cash cow to me.
