BZH cautiously optimistic for a "bounce" here as well. PHM did bounce after its report. It looks like so far this cycle of downside for building stocks might be over for a day or a reversal period or two (until tomorrow 10:30 for those that report well).
Oversold market internals mean NOTHING, its only the earnings report, Market internals have been oversold for 3 months leading to more "bull traps" and short-lived cries of "I've found the bottom" and then stone cold SILENCE.
