If they sent this to employees, they must think these people are really dumb not to already know that. That is standard verbage in any BK and it has already been mentioned in filings discussed here many times. One other point is, if they really thought the stock was not going to continue, why would they request an equity committee? Seems to me they may have been getting paid to do a job by the stock holders in the 401k and wall and jax has made them look like a bunch of idiots by requesting the equity committee for the common shareholders. Thanks, you have only helped provide more reasons to hold the stock and even buy more.

It reads to me like the 401k participants desperately need to join the shareholder alliance to have their interests represented. These guys are just following K&E, taking the easy road and lining their own pockets.

Thanks for sharing all the info you have since yesterday, that is fine and dandy. At the end of the day it defines what kind of balls do you have? Are you a fighter like some of us, then do you have the courage to take stance and be a strong man, even if you fail knowing you did the right thing.

It seems to be you’re an employee of Chemtura ( for this matter any employee), please send an email to all the employees.
You should have email distribution list to communicate all the co-workers (employess) of Chemtura. Please send a email to them requesting them to send 'EC Request Letters' to the Judge and the Trustee. If you need help we can put it together all the content required. Technically any employee of Chemtura has right to communicate among them selves regarding their investment in the company they work for, especially 401k.
