What gets me is that the 401k holders are paying a very expensive law firm, Covington & Burling, to represent their interests in the court in these matters.
Why is there no groundswell to protect their investment through attorneys that their fund is paying for ??
Every employee should be firing off letters and emails to Covington & Burling to get this before the court.
The attorney of record is well known who represents them.
Sit on your hands and let them do what they want or take some initiative and maybe get some action.
The question is who will step forward and take up the cause ?
