It will probably work more often than not with the small-cap bios. However, I’m often unable to borrow shares of these companies for shorting.

BTW: am currently short no companies, which is unusual for me.

"New investment strategy? - Short the "fast-track" announcements." Find it depends on volume, float and how well a stock closes. On high volume, high eod price, find its better to short the high of the second or if necessary, the third day.
