Dew,

You commented on the lack of significance of fast-track, yet how the PRs cause a price pop.

Astute observation. Take a look at DYAX today - it was up over 20% at one point, and it looks like it might finish flat.

New investment strategy? - Short the "fast-track" announcements.

May be worth trying with a little money, just to see how well it works.
